OysterPE Mini-PC is the world's smallest full-functioning
field data computer. It's ideal for use as an
integrated data/communications package for Riverboats
and Q-Boats.
The OysterPE logs data from
your ADCP, GPS, depth sounder, external compass,
camera or other sensors onboard the boat. It networks
directly with your laptop on the shore for instantaneous
real-time data monitoring and downloading.
Use it for Riverboat measurements
as a datalogger/multiplexer/communications, or
plug in a keyboard, mouse and monitor and you
have a fully functioning PC. Networking is WiFi
protocol with a 400 mW long-range RF link.
