During a heavy rain on March 8, 2008; the Oceanscience RiverboatSP was used by the Northborough MA US Geological Survey team to conduct important water measurements on the Blackstone River. USGS Field Chief Joe Zanca was interviewed by WBZTV on why the water measurements are collected and monitored by agencies that plan for floods.
